I don't think Lemanis is that bad. You're describing him like a Clarke or Fearne.
I would like to see someone like Joey Wright in the role though.

It is his first international tournament... if we are to replace him I prefer it would be with someone with international experience otherwise we will just have the same problem again.

I thought lemanis would bring what he brought to the nz breakers. Then I realised it was just the players on the team that made him look good and win the championship. I like hustle but I didn't see much of that. Lemanis just smiled a whole lot and ran some very basic plays with not much ball movement.
We need a Brett brown type, an upbeat interactive coach who drills the importance of heart and determination. Lemanis learnt nothing from him clearly....
