I'll go:

East
1 Cleveland
2 Chicago
3 Washington
4 Toronto
5 Charlotte
6 Atlanta
7 Miami
8 New York
9 Indiana
10 Brooklyn
11 Detroit
12 Boston

10 New Orleans
11 Denver
12 LA Lakers
13 Sacramento
14 Minnesota
15 Utah

Regular Season MVP - LeBron James
Rookie of the Year - Nerlens Noel
Coach of the Year – Greg Popovich
Most Improved – Kenneth Faried
Best 6th man – Isaiah Thomas / Taj Gibson / Reggie Jackson (pick one)
Eastern Conference Champions – Cleveland
Western Conference Champions –San Antonio
NBA Champions – San Antonio
NBA Finals MVP – Kawhi

Damn that Western conference is good. It feels really bad to have some of those shitty Eastern Conference teams so high and some of those great Western Conference teams so low.

So much hinges on whether Derrick Rose can be an elite player again. The Bulls are going to be good either way, but a return-to-greatness Rose is the only thing standing in Lebron's way for a 4th straight trip to the finals.

If you're just talking about the regular season I doubt San Antonio will finish that high, with the way they manage their roster.

Even with the roster management, they always finish high.

They finished 1st last year without Parker or Duncan averaging more than 30 mpg.
