Four week suspension starting round 4 wasn't it? If so then I believe he is.
Pretty sure he also has a 2 match suspended sentence from his time at Woodville which was activated when he was suspended this year...
Glad to be proven right though as I'm not 100% sure.

Refused to shake Woodville coaches hand and most of the players too. Bit of dodging handshakes from Sims and Green.
Yelled a refs, his bench, his coaches and team mates all game did Sims.
