Norwood u18 boys coach

Was at Pas tonight & caught the 18 1 boys Norwood vs Sturt game. It appeared a bottom age Norwood player was coaching the team, while the coaching director sat at the end of the bench. Their regular coach turned up half way through & sat next to Willie. What is going on here? How can they justify allowing a 15/16 year old kid to coach his peers?

Didn't they recently "recruit" a very talented kid from another club? Promising him the world........

If this how they value the development of that kid some serious questions need to be asked by the family involved.

I felt sorry for the kid - he is a teammate for these guys, not a coach. Especially as there were discipline issues during the game - how is he meant to enforce team discipline to players who are older than he is, and wants to play with when he is recovered from his injury? Think the club has done this lad a disservice, especially with at least one experienced coach there.

It all goes back to the dumb decisions by the coaching director, dumb decision with the 16 coach and dumber decision to let a young kid coach rather than taking over himself, but then that would mean less time counting his cash than doing what he is paid to do

I know how tie breakers work, was just questioning the validity in my situation of one bad game undoing other good results.
Therefore you are an idiot for thinking I am an idiot, idiot. And that was a different topic altogether.

I'm would like to question whether or not your team was actually the better team considering it lost to a team that you think you are better than.

Suggesting that overall percentage is a greater decider than head to head is ridiculous.

You're right, you are definitely NOT an idiot Cherry Picker when your logic is that you are better than another team..... that beat you.

Cherry Picker, I also think you are an idiot. I've also done a survey of the SA basketball community and they all think you're an idiot as well.
