When do players get an agent?
When does a player know to get an agent? Or do agents approach players?

It would depend on what calibre of job they're chasing. They might take a recommendation from a fellow player, or get pitched by an agent if they're particularly good.
They might get an agent once they are offered a contract.
I assume if you're good enough they will come to you.
I've always struggled with the decision whether to declare for the NBA draft or not...

Players really need an agent when they play at 4 diiferent clubs by the time they get to under 18. But always think carefully as the pasture is not always green.
The players want to play, play, play, play, play
and the agents want to age, age, age, age, age
If your talking about u/18 only one name comes to mind who has played at four different clubs
There is an U/16 who I have been told has had 5 stops (including two clubs twice).

Well if they are juniors or un18 with an agent it means they are classed as pro ballets and as such cannot git to college and need to be earning a wage as agents take a percentage......don't know too many of that calibre in Australia.
