Razorbacks pick up second import

Jermaine Blackburn arrives from the US on Monday to join West Sydney. He's been trialling with the Sonics for an NBA spot. Razorbacks coach Mark Watkins considers Blackburn to be the "new Leroy Loggins".

"He wants to be an NBA player in a year or two. Although the Supersonics said Jermaine wasn't quite ready, they will be keeping an eye on him. They advised him to work on his game in a strong league and he picked Australia because we have a good league and he knows he's going to get a lot of minutes to develop."

The NBL and Razorbacks sites neglect to mention his stats, but he's a 6'6" GF weighing 216lbs from Boise State. In 04/05, he averaged 15.4 PPG, up from 13.7 PPG in 03/04.

New Leroy Loggins? Lucky they are not trying to set the bar to high.

The man looks like a force, I wonder what the pigs fans are going to come up with in their stadium now.

They had the 'Simon Dwight Stand' maybe it could become the 'Markovic Members'
