Was looking forward to watching some eurobasket games on demand
But this service is awful ....it is unwatchable!!!!
2 hour games files are 250 mb u can imagine the quality...
Yes it is only 10 dollars but this is joke

The irony is that last year for world championship
they put games one demand at 6 or 7 gb !!!!ultra hd

Upload games at you tube quality 1 gb per game is good enough..

Quality has certainly taken a nosedive from the World Cup last year.
FIBA's YouTube channel has been far superior but the live games and full replays are only being streamed on LBTV and highlights are on YT.

But let's wait their customer service responded that everything will be resolved soon and games will be in better quality..

It is pathetic all round. I've been onto the customer service department on a daily basis for 2 weeks about this issue and I keep getting standard responses that they're "looking into it".
It is the backbone of what they provide and the busiest time of the year for the site yet they don't seem to care.
No wonder the Euroleague has parted ways with using them....

when they started uploading games at 7 gb per game!!!!

I have to say that streaming is decent for live games
but the whole point is for us in Australia on demand is crucial due to time difference and most games played throught the night Australian time.

Exactly Zo - I have mentioned that not everyone is in a time zone that means they can watch the decent quality live streams and instead rely on the replays. Again, it falls on their deaf ears it seems....

I have resorted to watching some replays on my tablet and even then there are problems - some games are just sound with no picture.
The sooner international basketball is on a different platform the better. I just hope FIBA's contract with Perform doesn't still have years to run.... That would be a shame for basketball fans everywhere.
I have been on their case for 2 years now and there has been little improvement other than they now have the replays up quicker which is ironic as they are unwatchable....

Noticing this morning that some of the overnight replays are even unwatchable on a phone let alone tablet or on a PC monitor.
Avv still exactly the same unwatchable quality
for day 2 games...
I tried on phone too this morning, fu...unbeliavable!!
The only time they did it properly was eurobasket 2013 ..
You didn't even have to pay for on demand ,only register and games were around 600 700 MB
not hd but watchable..

What I don't understand is how can you provide live stream at 5 or 6 different bitrates and then replay
on almost non existent bitrate lol
Spoke to their live chat team as soon as I asked bit more techinical questions no response !!!
Noticed fiba america championship replays are same shity quality
I bet they will start uploading decent replays at semi final stage lol
