West Adelaide Basketball Club is seeking the services of an experienced coach for the role of Premier League Women's Head Coach.
The West Adelaide Bearcats are a member club of Basketball SA and compete in the Premier League, which is the state's highest competition level for Senior Men and Women outside of the National leagues.
The Bearcats are one of South Australia's oldest and most successful basketball clubs with a long and very distinguished history of success at both Senior and Junior levels.
We are seeking an individual that will possess the following:
* Extensive Basketball background (eg Previous playing, coaching or assistant coaching experience at elite levels)
* Experience in building a great team culture
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proven leader and role model
* Passion, Dedication and an Excellent work ethic
Desirable, but not essential, suitable candidates will have completed Level 2 Specific NCAS course.
The Premier League Women's Head Coach will be working with the club to deliver a successful Senior program and through consultation, assist with the integration of the Junior development pathways to the Senior program.
