Boomers without Bogut

There's now a big chance the Boomers will be without Bogut at this years Olympics. What line ups should they run with without him, and what are their chances going forward?

With many players not attending due to Zika, surely this isn't as big a blow in this competition as it would otherwise be?

Well, it always felt like something was going to come a long.

Anyway, how do we cover for him? The biggest thing we lose will be the rim protection

It's a joke that Jawai is in the team over Ogilvy.

Unless Jawai lose 10kgs by the time RIO come around I no confidence he will be a good replacement. Right now he's a
3-4 minutes at a time players due to his fitness which isn't good enough to play at a high level during the Olympics to help the Boomers get in a medal position.

If he can play 3-4 minutes per quarter then that's still 14 minutes per game. Plenty for a backup role even if he's the only backup at that spot (which I'm guessing he wouldn't be anyway)
I think he's still worthy of Boomers consideration if his back has calmed down. There's no denying the impact he can have. Ogilvy is more your standard meat & potatoes guy. Nice to have both types in there IMO.

Yet not even a 1/2 of basketball. Thats weak.
Like his fitness and game. So much potential wasted.

Thanks for clearing that one up guys.

I just had another question, this one is related to basketball.

Which mens basketball players have announced that they won't be competing for their countries in the Rio Olympics later this year?
