Wildcats sign second import

Perth have added 173cm David Bailey as their second import (Shawn Redhage is the first). He did a media promo yesterday which appears to have involved a red sports car, to tie the promo into his apparent speed.

At a diminutive 5'8" (173cm), Bailey will be one of the shortest imports in league history, but is renowned for his lightning court pace.

After witnessing Bailey's performance in a 2002 Loyola college game, then Wildcats part-owner Luc Longley believed he saw the fastest man on the planet with a basketball, a claim backed by current Wildcats CEO Andrew Vlahov.

Perth Wildcats 05/06
Tony Ronaldson, Peter Crawford, Matt Shanahan, Liam Rush, Cameron Tovey, Matt Burston, Dillon Boucher, Shawn Redhage, Jeff Dowdell, Paul Rogers, David Bailey.

They will Take Some Beating even if you take this New import out of the team ... Lets Hope he can Be exciting and Add Something to the Leauge ... Alot of teams Have good Looking teams on paper ... I think it will come down to which team can gel together better ... Which is where the Sixers will Have the Edge..

Nice 360 Modena Ferrari ..plug plug .. - Bailey looks the goods on paper.

I'd love to see a Sherman Tank on the Dome centre court with Reesey posing for our 2006 campaign .. Go big fella !!

The others better do some sprint training if this guy is going to have any effect. If they can't play at his pace he will be useless!!

That picture is dodgy. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to see how they may have cheated with that!

Perth is gonna be in you're face type of team this year. plenty of half court traps,.. with bailey, Crawford boucher( outstanding defender) rush and probaly shannahan, there gonna have a awesom running brigade. then they can form the triple towers with Rogers, Burston and ronaldson. they have assembeled a really nice group. there gonna be in 6the top 3 teams.
