Predictions for season 05/06

My fearless predictions for 05/06...

Brad Newley for MVP and scoring awards if Ian Stacker plays him for more than 20 minutes per game. Newley averaged 16ppg in only 20mins in 04/05. That would be nearly 40 ppg over 48 mins! Would that make Newley the first rookie of the year to go MVP the following season?

Some interesting new awards up for grabs this year... Someone other than Dwighty can actually win the shot block category!

Rookie of the Year is a no-brainer - will surely go to Mark Worthington.

I think Sixers who could go close: Nashy for best defensive player, Farley for scoring award, Coops for shot-blocker.

And finally pigs might fly - Phil Smyth getting any credit and winning coach of the year!

Does Brad Hill still qualify for Rook of the year honours?
If he does he would be a chance.
