With 107 all time NCAA Tournament wins as against 35 losses I'd say Duke is well in front of your "woofing Gods". They'll be back there again next year.

Humphries at Kentucky out of tournament losing to North Carolina.

Gak at Florida out losing to ran tuts South Carolina.

Smith at Stanford through to final 4, will face South Carolina or Florida state.

Wallace at Baylor showed why she's a 2 guard and not a pg.
Losing to Mississippi state in elite 8.

Do they not teach ball handling at the COE?
All of the athletes in college that trained there suck at handling the ball.

Vandenberg, yaegar and trinder of Oregon will face uconn in elite 8 tomorrow.

So, the final four is decided.

Interesting that it's two teams from the Carolinas and two from the North-West of the USA.

Is it just coincidence, or are these areas strong for a reason?

Some very close games, could have gone either way @hoopie, but it is the NCAA Madness, anything can happen and usually does.

Those areas are strong, but no stronger than others, there is four left so they got through and isn't it great!!

Last Aussie to do that was Mangok Mathiang at Louisville.

They have a bunch of guards and wings coming in next year and by the looks of there roster very few bigs. She might get big minutes at the 4 spot underneath 6'7 Mccowan.
Only 1 other forward on the roster whos not leaving as a senior.

If they are on amateur contracts they can play college, but the question should be how can she when shes been out of highschool this long as well, NCAAA have time limits on when you finish highschool to when you begin college, shes a 95 born player, those players would/should be finishing their Junior year and about to start senior(final year) of college ....sounds very stange, is it the same Tania Mangakahia or a younger one?

just googled(probably should have done that first) she is a junior, so Id say she had amateur contracts, lots do it.

The spectacle of the mens final stuffed up by referees. So many poor decisions made the game a slog to watch.
The Zsgs could feel aggrieved with their bigs in foul trouble so early.
I don't support either team, but NC got the better of the calls - or at least the calls that mattered.
Slight or no contact fouls called when players were competing for a rebound, yet no calls made when there was hard contact on several lay ups.
And if all that wasn't bad enough, we had to endure Dick Vitale who thinks he commentates only to fifteen year olds. Retire you old fart, you're terrible!!

Come on Dicky V is great!!! He is way more entertaining than half the guys out there. Refs were absolute rubbish today. I don't think either team was great on the night but the refs should have let them play. Both have been solid throughout the tourney so very unfortunate for Zags to have lost it in the last minute.
Overall a pretty disappointing end to March Madness.
