THE adventures of Brett Wheeler - multiple NBL champion and grand final appearances record-holder – warrant far more than a "Where Are They Now?" feature, probably closer to a documentary and/or movie.
Without reading it is he in creative arts now - cartoonist?

Good to hear Wheels is doing well. First time I've heard about him in years. Was always one of my favorites. Such a lovely bloke.
Time to post a few words is a lot less time than reading an entire feature.
Looks like he is bit of a nomadic bum now due to the health scare but still using his artistic abilities on the side with the ABC project which is good to see.
His live NBL caricature sketches were amazing.
