What is PL Title worth to your Club and Juniors
With another PL season done and dusted I thought about what it means to the Club and more importantly Juniors.
When you go to watch a game there is hardly anyne around particularly juniors.
In the women you had the Tigers win with a stacked team of imports/players from other Clubs and no one form their junior program make the 12 on the day.
Yet they have no Under 18 Girls teams and an average junior program.
How many juniors could tell you who won this years PL title let alone any in the past.
West were better represented in the Men with Thomas, Kubank and other juniors but again what benefit will the Club get from this PL title.
Tigers men were very much same as their Women with a stacked team from with players from elsewhere.
What is the true benefit of PL success.
