I would say Nauru will still be relatively week in both mens and womens unless the price of guano hits record levels and they can pay to get a naturalised big.

I'm liking the new Slovenian, Latvian, Serbian and Canadian national teams in the men's.

Russia, Japan, Belgium, Italy The big movers in the women's over the next few years.
