One on One Basketball Magazine - help with value?

Hi guys,

I have a five full years of One on One magazine, starting January 1994 (Volume 3 Issue 1) until December 1998 (Volume 7 Issue 12).
Almost all are in Very Good to Excellent condition, with no missing pages and one has a tear on the cover. Some look like they've just been bought. I've had them in a box probably almost since 1998 and forgot I had them.
Most of the posters are long gone though there is some here, can't match them to issues though.

Could anyone help with an estimation of value before I try to sell them? All I've seen on ebay was one or two issues.

And is anyone interested in purchasing them?

Thanks for any help

I've got every issue of One on One that was printed from 1992 to 1998 in a couple of boxes out in the shed. They would be worth next to nothing I would imagine but having every issue I've just always held onto them.

I have most of them along with pro basketball today and basketball week.
I don't expect I would be able to get much for them it's good just to read and remember those times.

All those publications had great original NBL articles. Please scan them in and upload online to preserve NBL history.

They're worth as much as someone is willing to pay for them.

Look on ebay. Good luck selling them. Ask face price.

The new owner should pay the freight. Or collect no freight to a local.

I still have my magazines but I won't part with them as some look damaged and it would be unfair to the buyer.

As for your magazines, how much did you pay for each magazine, you could always ask for that price to begin with and then barter the price down if need be

If they don't how about donating them? Surely you aren't that hard up that you need the few dollars the magazines would fetch? Donate to a good cause I say, to either the national library or your state library archive.

Good cause???, national or state library would be WTF are they, only a hoops fan would know what they are. Doubt an article on Dean Uthoff would have any national significance.

State librarian = hoops fan

You might also find them in Uni libraries, esp those with sports management type courses. Ethnographers and social geographers might also use them.

(I'd be interested in them if the Australian Institute of Criminology ever agree to fund my research into the effect of crossing time zones on juvenile offending. In case you’re wondering, i do already have a masters, with studies in Criminology, juvenile justice and mental health fields. It’s varied because it was split between 2 unis/ courses. I’ve seen published studies with more wtf value than my pet project).
