Could Ryan Broekhoff get an NBA gig?

Ryan will be 28 years old this year.

In Europe he is averaging an impressive 12.4ppg and 5.7rpg in 25 minutes per game.

Shooting percentages are: 2fg: 75%, 3fg: 52.6% and Ft: 91.7%

Do you think he still has time to have a crack at the NBA?

Will he likely play Summer League this year?

Or has the ship passed?

Interested in thoughts or inside knowledge of his future.

That ship has long sailed.

There are 22 year old's in College that can do what he does.

Of course he can. Just look at the road Joe Ingles took. If Terrance Ferguson can get a gig, then start for OKC, then RB can certainly play in the NBA.

RB is good at one thing while the other areas of his game are too substandard to make it in the NBA. And even though his shooting is good its not elite. Who is he going to defend in the NBA?

Joe Ingles is a completely different story. NBA teams wanted him for years but he chose to Stay in Europe. He can do so many things on a basketball court and years of experience playing all over the world and for the Boomers is what made him into an NBA starter. Ryan B is a poor man's Kyle Singler at Best.

If he a was even just an average defender by NBA standards he would be in the middle of a solid NBA career, but he's a 3 and D guy, without the D.

Ingles is more the exception than the rule making the NBA at a later age.
Broekhoff still an outside chance but a few more years of Euro then NBL look more likely

Those numbers are in EuroCup, not EuroLeague. So not really actually that impressive.
