Wildcats playing in state colours not random red - tick

Red was not a random colour. It began as part of the Wildcats sponsorship by Coke. It was then adopted as the cats brand and a large part of their marketing strategy.

huge crowd - tick

FTA TV - check

FTA TV isn't the medium it once was. You need to get with the times.

Commentators who don't sound like Tragardh or Homicide - check

Again, get with the times. If you don't like it, don't watch. Koberulz seems to be doing just fine avoiding Homicide games.

imports who played for decades on the same team - check
Bruce Palmer - check

Again, changes with the times. We now have younger imports with higher ceilings. The league has changed to more of a feeding ground for potential talent instead of a league for talent that couldn't make it else where. Although we still get these types of imports occasionally.

I know it was Coke but after they bailed we changed to black and white and then back to red. Both random no meaning colour choices.

To the rest of what you said - yes getting with the times and look at the popularity of the league now. It's busted.

Is this the game where Shane Heal lobbed a go-ahead field goal over Vlahov and James Crawford?

Red was not a random colour. It began as part of the Wildcats sponsorship by Coke.
Red was first introduced into the colour scheme in 1985 when Mitsubishi sponsored the team. The Coke sponsorship ended more than five years before the jerseys became primarily red.

Did you actually look at the jerseys?
