Hopefully this sets off all kinds of cases around victoria because I've certainly been involved with associations where for whatever reason ref's supervisors have had it in for certain people for years and years. Good to see them finally get their own back.

This Manhire character sounds like a real piece of work. It's a pity that this sport seems to attract its fair share of loonys at junior level.
Yeah we know refs are never biased. This idiot is clearly obsessed it seems. Ban him for life.
Dandenong should just replace him. Real simple.
I don't think this will be the last we here about Dandenong Basketball and Basketball Victoria being in the Law Courts for inappropriate behavior.

Are you suggesting someone with a foot in both the DBA and BV camps has something to be worried about?
Just seen this thread, there are strong conversations within the Basketball Community Dandenong are progressing there own investigation whilst being investigated themselves.
Harassment in any organisation should not be tolerated nor should anyone be a victim whilst participating in sport or in public.
Be very careful commenting on legal matters. This is not a chat between mates. Anonymous is not anonymous where the law is involved.

"When asked for a comment, Basketball Victoria however issued a statement indicating it was prepared to fight the matter in court.
"The preliminary hearing and the substantive matter will come back before courts in May and accordingly it is inappropriate for Basketball Victoria to comment at this time."
