What would it take for Gaze to get fired?

Despite the disasters of the last few seasons, Gaze has managed to avoid the dole queue. With the latest incarnation of big names to come through, what would it take before he's shown the door. Outside top 4 by a long way mid season? Anyone else would be gone after poor seasons, even with a couple of injuries, his name hasn't really translated to casual fans flocking to watch games.
Is it championship or bust, making finals or just not being laughing stock?

Gaze had the Kings firing for the last 2 months of last season... I think Bogut will provide leadership much the same way Damo does at Perth that the whole team buys into

He won't get fired, ever. I said it early on and have been proven right with his results...

For what it's worth, his hiring really gave the Kings that huge profile boost initially and got the city talking about basketball again, but the longer they have stuck with him, the more negative the effect has been... Should have brought in a proper coach and had him in a GM role that was high profile with the media/public to have the same positive without the really strong negative...

As anon said above, he will just not be re-signed, he will just move on once they manage to bugger this season up and his contract isn't renewed... Hopefully JvG with him...

Depends on who his replacement is, and when they become available.

Who would they be targeting? Bevo, Gleeson, BG?

Whilst JVG is there, Gaze has a place. Too much history. And JVG is there because of HL. So the best way to get them to move on, sell the team. And then the price of the venue hire will go through the roof *rub hands together like a boss*
