Premier League coach of the year

Halfway point of season, who's people's picks and who's on the hot seat for next season. Whilst easier coaching a talented lineup, wins do count.
Let the controversy begin!

Nathan Hawkes for the winner, with daylight in runner up. It's a no brainer

^Bringing new meaning to the phrase "no-brainer".

All teams seem to be performing in accordance with their level of talent. As such, it's got to be Dean unless another club surprises down the back end of the season.

Dean is completely unproven. 9-0 is a shit record. Yet to play anyone decent this season.

Made the final the last 2 years and only won 1 time! Why is he even in the conversation?

Andy at eagles is doing really well.
Hasn't used any money on his team and has a really good record. He should be a shoe in.

Any idiot could coach a cashed up team...

Put Dean in at Eastern with their budget and see how he goes. Got completely outcoached in grand final last year and needed Creek AND Starling to win it the year before.

Eagles's women are about where they should be: the Rees, Thompson, Simons froncourt is probably the best in the league, and they have a number of talented younger players to compliment them. The inexperience regularly costs them for stretches, but at least they're talented which is more than can be said by some other clubs.

They did well to win tonight, despite Olivia not playing. That doesn't make Monica COTY.

Monica has done extremely well after half the roster left because of her. Recruited a couple of scrubs and filled the team with some half decent juniors around a very good big 3 (2.5 with how Olivia's been playing maybe). I’d give her it.

Marcus or Brenton in the girls. I don't think Sturt have a super lineup but keep getting it done.

Men is a little harder, I think everyone is roughly where I expected them. Maybe Casella?
