Who will benefit from changing NBL clubs?

A lot of local players have changed clubs in the off season.
Which of the following players will flourish in their new homes?

Gliddon
Cadee
Hodgson
DKD ( don't laugh he will get time in Cairns)
L.Walker
Blanchfield
McCarron
Wesley
Weeks
Norton
Kay
Majok Majok
Kickert
Adnam.

Most of these guys you would think have made the right move.

The 3 I'm most interested to see:

Kay - Working with Neilsen, entering his prime years and Wildcats culture seems to have a positive effect on players (can probably throw Norton in here too, similar reasons and learning off Damo/Cotton)

DKD - more opportunity, shown some glimpses of potential, could become a key rotation player.

Blanchfield - bigger role, assuming he's probably happier too after moving, can he recapture his form from a few years ago?

Blanchfield - will get more opportunity and have the ball in his hands.

Walker - should start the way the team is looking in Cairns

Kay - working with Matt Nielsen will help might not show in his numbers though.

Unsure

McCarron - depends what they do with their imports

Kay working with Neilson will be the winner by a mile.
DKD never got opportunities previously, Kelly will be good for him and he's got talent.
Adnam if he gets a chance working under Lisch and Randle could be a winner.

Norton should benefit learning from Damo.
For McCarron it will be interesting to see if he lives up to the hype on a far more stacked Melbourne team.
Hodgson will get more opportunity as a starter for Brisbane.

Blanchfield under Bevo will actually be allowed to play basketball and make reads which he's good at, rather than just set screens and stand in a corner like for his last 2 coaches.

With the Cats, Walker went from being the guy nobody wanted to a Gold Medalist. Hard to see him bettering that in Cairns.

Kenny won two championships with the Cats. In Cairns all he'll get are pineapples.

DKD. ROFL. Won a championship with Perth, and that will be the capstone of his NBL career.

Kickert was let go by Brisbane because he's past it. Hard to see Gaze & Co getting any more out of him.

I wonder if Hodgson is the standout on that list.

Went from starter to bench at the Sixers and then when he hit the court, became a foul attractor. Maybe a change of coach could help?

How do you define "benefit"? and Compared to what?

Guys like Walker, Kenny, DKD, weren't offered new contracts. So any contract is better than nothing, even minimum wage for a team that will challenge for the spoon.

Kay and Norton moved for more money, guaranteed finals, and a decent crack at a championship. Even if their play doesn't improve they will be materially better off.

Blanchfield is one of those guys everyone keeps hoping will suddenly turn it around and start recapturing some of his former potential. Like Steindl, only not as far gone.
I hope it works out for him. Certainly Bevo should use him better.
so in the context of what the OP seems to getting at, then I think Blanchfield probably has the biggest potential to turn things around at a new club.

Kay and it's not close. Perth will refine his footwork and post game to no ends. If a stiff like Brandt can improve so much then Kay will be phenomenal

Depends how you're judging it.

I imagine Blanchfield has taken a paycut but might end up in an appropriate role that he enjoys more. Might be a bit like Weigh going from Adelaide (expected to be a hero) to Cairns (roleplayer).
