Every year as a season ticket holder, I can remember, the crowd would just be amazing. Not every game..obviously, but when teams like the 'younger' Gaze led Tigers, Magic, then Titans, the Adelaide crowd simply wanted BLOOD, it was one of the best memories growing up being apart of a hostile enviornment such as that and winning!
Would be really good to get back to that 'us against them mentality', of the late 90's. The club needs to get some cheaper ticket sections or giveaways just to drive an interest back, because after this weekend, potential fans will have nothing to cheer for, OFFER them an alternative to a hibernation until the Footy starts again.
The day of the game, when you know you will have 3000 seats empty, do a give away in Rundle Mall. A exciting game agianst a team of tools like the Kings, just could be enough to entice these 'could be' fans to come back again.
Because we all know, just how good a sell out at the Dome would be! Paid for or not.
