NH - World XI Flops

The result is all but beyond doubt with the World XI at 5/72 with almost 300 more to get. Very disappointing display from the world XI seeing as tehy are supposed to be the premier players. I think every aussie player has beaten his opponent in this series. Is there a future in this kind of series? I think there is but at the moment the world XI isnt strong enough to beat us.

A Team of Champions will never beat a champion team.

It's all over.

I think they were dreaming when they scheduled 6 days.

Was anyone else surprised/disappointed that the players got a "baggy green" for playing in this "concocted" test match?

Australia wanted to win they had to prove the knockers wrong ... World team simply didnt have that fire

MacGill proves a point. Just goes to show how round the selectors got it in the Ashes.

Avanti, its not as if any of the players hadn't gotten a baggy green before that.

It was only six days in the hope that we would see an all aussie batting display, of 500 +. Yet that didnt happen so the bowlers took care of the business.
