for those of us who couldn't listen, what was it?
they were talking about major recruits or imports for the eagles - went something like "the salary cap restrictors us from doing that"....Belly said "it never bothered you before" - followed by dead air and Simons not knowing what to do next or say.....he seems a little lost - classic
