Who is the new Centrals women's coach? I heard he was from some College in America. Does anyone know anything about him? will he attract players north? Will bench players from strong clubs like North go and play out there to get more court time and individual recognition.

With Norths being so successful at the Nationals it would make sense for interstate WNBL scouts to look at the Central ABA. This could be an opportunity for some bench or Div 2 players to make an impact.

Thoughts!!!!

he is canadian, good guy but comes without a rep so might be hard to get people out there, good on them for trialing people though, we need to strenghten the league as a whole.

Sorry, but needed to post this, despite it being an inside joke that no-one will understand.

To Set Shot Bufford - no smart arse comments about Central Districts Women's ABA team, OK?!

The new coach is from canada and he seems to have his stuff together. He was recruited by 2 or 3 different clubs from SA and chose Central for the oppertunity to develop a program from the bottom up. I know he has said that he wants to change the way people at cantrals think about basketball and the way other clubs see centrals and wants any players that will committ to the program. I think it would be a good place for a bench player or a div 2 player to go to get a serious chance to play.
