Just reviewing the boxscores for today, and Michael Redd went nuts for 57 points vs the Jazz.
Redd scored 39 points in the second half and broke the franchise scoring record of 55. He made 18 of 32 field goals, going 6-of-12 from 3-point range and 15-of-17 on free throws.

What? Redd didn't have any assists, according to ESPN. Deron Williams was huge, had 27 points, 15 assists and 5 steals.
Bogut had 6 assists, along with 7 boards and 2 steals, but only 9 points on 4-8 shooting.

Its amazing how there's always one tool who will bag a guy for not pasing & scoring 50 points. If you open your eyes you'll see redd shot 18/32...that's 56%. All NBA teams shoot under 50%, so he can score himself at 56% or pass off to his teammates shooting 45%, which one is better for the team?

2.0 assists a game over his career
2.2 assists a game this season
Look at his last 4 games.......6 assists
BTW, what were the results in all 4 games??

a black hole when shooting 57 points. you're worse than the people who were bagging Kobe for only having 2 assists in his 81 point game

Over their Careers
Kobe avgs 4.5 assists
Iverson avgs 6.1
Carter avgs 4.0
Just a few.....all are great scorers
but all of them avg 4 or more assists
I never bagged Kobe
When a player is hot......go to him
All i am stating is that Redd NEVER gets his team mates involved

That's because he finishes the offences, catch and shoots and the like, he doesn't nor is meant to hand the ball off.
