Playing against zones

I coached an U16 girls team last year ( not division one ) we were somewhat compeditive with most teams but a team that played a zone would beat us every time.

How do I make my players score on the inside against a zone instead of jacking up long shots?

Send someone from underneath the basket straight up the middle to the foul line.... the foul line area is open every time.

a simple high post game using the foul line as the starting point, and then having the post feed some cutters to the basket.

Jacking up a few long shots (and hitting them) is worthwhile, sucks out the D allowing for more motion and space.
