Missing div3 mens teams

Where have all the div3 mens teams gone?
No North,Norwood,Woodville,West,Centrals or Torrens Valley.
A 14 team grade a couple of years ago, now seems hardly viable.

Only team that's not there is United Districts, and they've been replaced by SA Church
