I think it should be a mixture of the classic rock'n'roll or early r'n'B from the 50's and 60's ... together with the current stuff. A lot of the dance music and ballads of today are sourced from the 70's disco era anyway ... I'd like to hear a little "heard it thru the grape vine... " action , followed by some Armaand Van Helden "My .. my .. my " ... keep 'em guessing ..

Jump Around is by House of Pain. To mis-credit this classic is nothing short of blasphemy. I agree with it being a great pump up track.

Lommax you will need more than music to pump up that side of yours.
Those cheap shots you throw should pump up any team.

Try some Tiesto, i trust Northener will have all his latest stuff.

Check out the CD Crunk Juice by lil' jon, it is full of high energy music. Or alternativly, track 15 off R & G by snoop dogg is featuring lil jon, and also is a high energy track. Warning, some language may offend.

In Da Club by Fiddy is all a good one, and I agree with Kent, you'll find some good old skool tracks on those Naughty by Nature cd's!
You need something with a bit of bass.

You like Huey Lewis and the News? Their early work was a little too New Wave for my taste. But then 'Sports' came out in 1983, I think they really came into their own, commercially and artistically.

The whole album has a clear, crisp sound and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that gives the songs a big boost. He's been compared to ELvis Costello but I think Huey has a more bitter, cynical sense of humor.

In 1987 Huey released 'Fore!', their most accomplished album. I think I heir undisputed masterpiece is "HiP To Be Square," a song so catchy that most people probably

Do you like Phil Collins? I've been a big Genesis fan ever since the release of their 1980 album, Duke. Before that I really didn't understand any of their work. It was too artsy, too intellectual. It was on Duke where Phil Collins'
presence became more apparent.

I think "Invisible Touch" is the group's undisputed masterpiece. It's an epic meditation on intangibility, at the same time it deepens and enriches the meaning of the preceding three albums.

Rap Songs are more effective than rock or any other type of music and in most cases, never use a song that is sang by a girl. It just doesn't work.

i play on a high school football team and we listen to clasical. no joke. it works.

Just go and buy blazin 4 and 5 theres a good mix of tracks on there for a simple fix better then teh mav's game i went to last weekend i swear i here beyounce one more time i will hang myself buy my f..... neck in my f.... closet. they had a about 10 tracks on that cd, they were better off with sa fm on as it was before the game, the only song that really kicked some but was last resort by pappa roach.

Seriously enough, we do Low Rider when the basketball team begins to stretch, they get a kick out of it, goof off a bit.
