Boti Nagy's article on the expected end of Jason Williams' career is one of the latest stories on the NBL site.
Essentially, Jason had recovered from his shoulder injury and was expected to run a fitness test next month with a view to a possible Sixers spot. However, a foot injury in London may have hampered his plans.
There are probably more people who've been bagging Jason throughout his NBL career than talking it up, but I think that the Sixers were desperate for guards this season, and he'd hardly have been a bad pick-up.
My personal opinion is that this is almost as bad news for the Sixers as it is for Jason himself.
Obviously it also effects the Sturt roster, but I'm keeping my tips as they are and crossing my fingers...
