I rekon in divisions 1 and 2 for under 14,16,18 and 20's that after every game the refs Award 3 points 2 points and 1 points who ever stood out to them the most then at the end of the season there is an mvp for under 14 boys, girls div 1 and 2 etc etc good idea?

No, not good, because the system would be controlled by the referees who maybe biassed to friends or club players. The system would work in a more professional league were the standard of all referees is higher, plus some referees will have different ideas on what makes an MVP
but this will train Refs to be better due to refs give out points in nbl it is a good idea should be thought about.. footy does it in there Junior Leagues
