That only leave Steve Williams, Brad Bungey and Nick Campbell as the only original mavs left, so of course gel time is needed.

Sure Bungey has a few 'explosive' issues but Bungey's game is strong and if the powers to be believe Brad has the game to go to the next level, shouldn't / wouldn't they now be investing time in implementing strategies to deal with behaviours via professional assistance?

watson has been out a year with a back injury, take it easy... "terrible" form is the question not if he is terrible

Thats why in my opinion Grieger is under a lot of pressure to at least make a Grand Final this season, take a look at that roster!

Thats what happens when you don't develop your own young players. And just rely on recruiting.

Out of those gone: 3 out of 4 recruited.
Out of those injured: 3 out of 3 recruited.
Out of those first games in a long timers: 2 out of 2 recruited.

Eastern definently need to start some serious recruiting, ever heard of the quote "spend money to make money"??

In addition, no under 20 juniors, they may have an ok under 18's side, but they wont be able to play at ABL for at least 3 seasons...

I think the Mavs have relied on the same old roster since their championship, no real youth injected, apart from Bungey, Campbell, Williams.

Eastern look like they will get worse before getting better.

Where exactly are they getting this money from. And how exactly is winning the ABA championship going to make them money.

This season after they won their last ABA Championship, Mavs went from 21 junior teams down to 16. They are now down to about 12 teams. If they dont put money into juniors, they might not have any teams left soon.
