Woolongong......3 imports last year???

Can I just ask, how did Woollongong manage to play with 3 imports last year......Ballinger, Groves and Frank??

NZers play as locals and I think Casey Frank might be a NZ citizen? Can someone confirm?

I think that's correct Isaac. Frank was born in the US, but is a New Zealand resident (and has represented NZ in international competition).

frank is new zealander therefore does not count as an import, even though he was born in usa
