Kobe went off against the Sonics today, with 50 points on 18/25 shooting 8 rebs and 3 assists.
That makes 10 games of 50+ for the season equalling Wilt's record...
Does anyone think the Lakers will get out of the first round, even with Kobe going off like this??

What a legend!!.. Kobe has no be very close to that award called MVP.. and i think lakers have drawn phoenix in da first roound of the playoffs again.. cmon lakers lets get them this time..

Just for the record Wilt had 45 games of 50 or more in 1961-62 (when he avergaed 50.4) and did it another 30 times the following year!

i was going to ignore this thread thedoctor, but since you asked for it, wilt is better than kobe
and i'm very happy at the moment. looks like lakers will get 7th seed and GS 8th... phoenix can beat the lakers, while dallas have struggled against GS all year. esp with dampier out (Dallas's true MVP) hopefully GS can knock them out or at least take them to 6-7 games
