10 News Report

Luke Schenscher is currently training with Newley and the Sixers before he heads to the NBA workouts. If he doesn't get a contract for next season, Luke says that he won't rule out playing for the 36ers.

The dream is still alive!

C Schenscher/Cooper
F Ballinger/Dench
F Newley/Copeland
G Maher/Ng
G Davidson/Maher

WOW that team would be great.
If Schenscher signed i wouldnt mind the 36ers moving Copeland to Assistant Coach and getting a import SF and still running Davidson off the bench, i think that would be possible under the points cap, as i think with the plan of having a import + copeland we have 2 points left, so not signing copeland would give us 8 points, so a guy like a Wethers or Chandler could still be fit in, and that would be even better IMO
and give us a rotation of something like
C Schenscher/Dench
PF Ballinger/Cooper
SF Import (Wethers or Chandler/ Newley
SG Newley/Ng/Maher
PG Maher/Davidson/Sutton

really can you actually see it happening though. Luke will go euro if no NBA, its just a logical step, to head back here would be admitting defeat i think.
