On the 26th of July, 2007, Australia's brand new basketball website, Alleyoop Australia (www.alleyoopaustralia.com) will be officially launched on the Internet. Alleyoop Australia aim is to provide the ultimate coverage of Australian basketball topics including the National Basketball League (NBL), the Women National Basketball League (WNBL),all Australian Basketball Association divisions (ABA), all national representative teams as well Australians that are applying their basketball trade overseas.
Alleyoop Australia will also have a variety of sections such as interviews, game coverage, game previews and reviews, feature articles, player and coach profiles, team and league pages, and audio and video interviews.
For its official launch, Alleyoop Australia is planning to have coverage of the ABA divisions; the WNBA where some of Australia's top women's players are currently competing as well as regular off-season coverage of the NBL and WNBL, interviews with players, coaches and administrators from all major domestic competitions; review of the Sapphire and Emus campaigns and extensive look at the Boomers camp in the Gold Coast.
