Can someone confirm who are the six umpires doing Aba finals this weekend?
Six would have been cut from last week.
The mens game will be huge, will they get the best three?
After the posts that were displayed a few weeks ago, the officials names are not being made public.

Assuming Weeks & Carolyn are available, I'd expect the 6 would be (in no particular order):

Haines
Filmer
Wieland
McDonald
Next in line would be Durant if one of the top 6 is unavailable.
It's not up to the officials whether it's posted or not... They couldn't care, they're all professional enough to handle all the digs in this forum
plus the refs know half the people who post on this forum are retarded

Good to see the Manhire children on a game together (brother and sister) combo on the womens EF in the SEABL. Hope they have a good run along with the other 4 also

Why do we not allow the best refs (those doing NBL) to referee SEABL finals? Surely if they have refereed all season they should be able to do finals?
Paul the NBL refs did not ref "all season" and it is difficult to ref a final if you yourself are overseas. The six who have been selected all have NBL/WNBL experience.

Standing out the front of the stadium before a game asking for a dollar for a bus ticket does NOT count as experience.
He has never reffed wnbl that I have seen, and the day he does, I'll mate with one of the Dome rats as half time entertainment at a 6ers game!
