As accurate as I know.

Eastern won: 12 Girls, 12 Boys, 14 Boys,

North won 14 Girls, 16 Girls and 18 Girls, 16 Boys and 18 Boys.

Sturt won 12, 14, 18 Girls, 12, 16 and 18 Boys

Norwood won 16 girls, 14 Boys!!(2 losses in a row, they wouldnt be used to that.)

Tigers beat Woodville 12 Boys and Girls, 14 Boys!!! and Girls, 16 Boys. Woodville won 16 Girls and 18 Boys.

In the know

Sturt didn't win 18 Boys. Norwood won easily.

Thanks appreciator.

Yes lost our way a little offensively..and credit to them they played better defence.

Pity their behaviour soured the win a little.

Should have said:

"Pity the behaviour of some of their players soured the win'. Most of their kids played hard and their coach was a real good sport.

north did not have the skill and played the muscle

some of the north lads appeared frustrated at their inability to deliver at sturt's level

that would just about make you top - how many first years?

= first years = good group for 2005/6

the other was the usual u18 bravado - chest beating

easiest answer for that is to knuckle down and play

Appreciator,

We have two second years in the Div 2s and rotate about 11 first years through the six positions in Div 2 and two slots in Div 1.

Yes we are top but it is only early days and we haven't proved anything yet.

I hope we can keep playing at a level that will keep you 'appreciating' :)

u/20 Men - Woodville won the top-of-the-table match over Southern by 20-odd, even with a few boys missing.

u/21 Women - Woodville got cained by Southern with a very imcomplete team.

Couple of interesting results in U14B1.

Norwood 85 - Sturt 82. Result not a surprise but what about the rate of scoring. Did either team play any D or were they shooting the lights out??

Southern Tigers d Woodville. Tigers hadn't got within cooee in any of their previous games. What went on here; any players in or out??
