Celtics Sign James Posey

The Celtics have agreed to terms with free agent James Posey, according to a league source. Posey, 30, is an eight-year veteran who played the last two seasons with Miami. He has career averages of 9.5 points and 4.9 rebounds per game. The 6-foot-8-inch small forward played 3 1/2 seasons with the Nuggets to start his career, and also had stops with Houston and Memphis.

After Reggie said im staying retired, Boston looked for another outside shooter in Posey. he is also known for his stingy Defence aswell.

Miami have lost Posey and Payton has retired as well. on the other hand have Signed Smush Parker and everyone's favorite player from the Mid 90s Penny Hardaway.

Posey gives them another legit backup i see them winning the east if they can get a legit back up centre theyre a shot at the title

Bostons back up C would be Scot Pollard wouldnt it but a good job with signing Posey adding some much needed depth to there roster

P.S. I hate Penny aswell

yea to add aswell i was sussing Realgm rosters and just noticed that 7' PG Ben Pepper is on the roster for Boston aswell dont know if this is summerleague or if he got a spot in camp
