NBA TV Coverage in Australia

First of all, is it possible to get NBA League Pass in Australia (regular OR broadband)? I believe you have to get regular league pass through your TV to get broadband, you can't just have broadband, is that right? Do you need a satellite to get regular league pass? Also, can someone please give me some sites or programs that allow you to watch NBA games? Thanks.

This link has both for free - NBA LP und NBA LP Archive. The live feed functions with a proxy( out of my computer knowledge and in the middle of the night for me). For the NBA LP archive all you have to do is register. I can not get NBA LP in Germany either. If I could now, I would not bother because I can watch all archived games for free (sometimes a bit delayed).
