NBA Teams Under the Radar

Is it just me or both Portland and Atlanta flying under the radar at the moment.
Portland has won 11 straight whilst Atlanta 5 straight. Both are young teams with big upsides in the coming years.
Good to see young clubs doing well compared to overpaid veteran teams like the Nets and Heat.
