VIC ABA Club Looking for Centre

My name is Ryan Rogers and I am the Assistant Coach of the Werribee Devils BIG V Championship Men's program in Victoria to Warrick Giddey who you would be well aware is the current Assistant Coach of the Melbourne Tigers NBL Program.

The reason that I write is we at the Devils are assembling a championship contending squad and are looking for the final piece to our 2008 BIG V squad - a Centre.

If anyone out there is aware of a legit 5 man that would be interested in this position we have a package ready for any suitable candidates.

Thanks,
Ryan

Mr. Rogers

'Booga' is not the player (and I use that term loosely) your club is seeking.
He is passionate and is very knowledgable about the game but he is missing a few major qualities required to fill your contract.
If you need a Centre that is 5'10" he is your man. (I was unsure whether Werribee played in the Philipine Leagues)
He would be useful in the key 'Bumping the cutters' and he wouldn't need a 'sumo suit'.

Charles Barkley was known as "The Round Mound of Rebound"

Booga is better known as "the Round man of Robust"

Sturty only if it's a rather LARGE shape.

But no shape for booga other than huge.

Ryan:
Paul Rees would be your man. Played NBL for a number of years, with 36ers, Brisbane, Giants.
According to a quick Google, he can be reached on the following numbers:
Office 08 8282 5627
Mobile 0404 036 300

Here's a couple of images from when he was playing for the 36ers.

He's also one of the most successful Centres to have played NBL, based on the number of championships he's won. Hopefully he can bring that winning attitude and success to your 2008 campaign.

Grow up Booga and Joe M! Do you have to make fun of a post that could maybe help a SA basketballer. You guys should host a comedy hour with DDfan.

Thanks for the shout out with regard to Reesy.
I thought he was established in SA with his family and was playing with Woodville?

I thought big Reesy was coaching for Woodville and retired from playing. Wanted to give a shout out to the Woodville family and tell everyone that the Elder family is doing well. Happy New Year to everyone.

Ryan:

Reesy has his finger in a lots of pies, and I'm sure if the deal was right, "Big Sexy" (as he's known to the Adelaide crowd) would be willing to provide his patented "Slow Motion Deception" moves for the Werribee Devils.
