legends game at all star weekend?

I remember watching the 1991 all star weekend, which featured a legends game. I believe the league should bring this back, and scrap the boring rookie game. We see the rookies all season, show us something different and think of the players we could see.

Ewing
Robinson
Abdul Jabbar
Olajowon
Drexler
Pippen
D. Wilkins
Worthy
Isiah
Malone
Barkley

and the list goes on. I know id much prefer to watch that, even if they are old.

However, i dont think there would be many still getting above the rim these days

Rookie/Soph game today was dunk after dunk

Anyone here think Gibson was the deserved winner of the MVp for that game??

I reckon even though he knocked down 11 threes

Jordan Farmers statline was far superior

Off the bench he had 17 pts, 12 assists, 4 steals, 4 rebounds and 1 TO in 21 minutes

But Gibson's five straight triples in the 1st half blew the game out. It was all over after that.
