Smyth press conference video
Courtesy of OzHoops, there's some video footage of Smyth responding to reporter's questions after the game last night. It's about five and a half minutes long, and about 22MB (don't attempt this download unless you have an ADSL/Cable connection or are persistent and patient!).

For those looking to avoid the download, here's a summary:
Phil said that he has no real concerns about the team's road record (now 2-6), but he does hope to start winning some.
When asked about tough double-headers coming up, he said that they'll be a good test to find out where the team is at. It will be a good opportunity to find out whether their spot near the top of the ladder is deserved, or whether they'll settle towards the middle of the pack.
One concern of his was having played three bad first quarters in a row and that was something that they need to sort out.
Another concern was that with Maher having missed a game and missing training this week, and without a back-up PG, Darren Ng has been playing PG instead of SG. He also commented that losing Williams is a significant issue, but that Jason should be back within a week.
Towards the end, when asked to talk about Darnell Mee's recent form, he said that Mee and Maher are in the top 5 elite players of the league and that Mee has been exceptionally consistent over the years, contributing to his teams in more than a single statistical category each night.
