Could Isiah's time be up in NY?

Chris Sheridan from ESPN:

This might have been it. This might have been Isiah Thomas' last game as head coach of the New York Knicks.
All Over For Isiah In Madison Square Garden? Might Be

Who here reckons he's done?

He's been finished for years. Dolan the owner is just as bad.

When will Isiah be fired and what does it take?

The sooner he's gone the better.

My Knicks are a total joke and have been since 2000 when Ewing was traded. All downhill from there. Spreewell move on. Larry Johnson pre-maturely retired due to chronic back troubles.

Spotted this on ESPN:

The feud pitting Stephon Marbury against Isiah Thomas and the powers that be at the Garden escalated, with word that the NBA Players Association is considering getting involved.

Union lawyers and staff have been discussing Marbury's situation during the past two days and are weighing their options, including a grievance on Marbury's behalf, a high-ranking person with knowledge of the discussions told Newsday.

Stupid Thread if you ask me. Isiah's time is defitinely up, it's just a matter of when he actually goes!

Sorry, my question was more along the lines of - based on Sheridan's evidence in the article, do you think the time has come? Obviously any right-minded individual thinks he should've been dumped ages ago.

It's only a matter of time now.

Thankfully!

I have watched this once great player totally destroy this once proud franchise.

Get rid of Marbury.

Trade either Curry or Randolph, both can be productive but never productive enough to be kept on the floor together.

Keep David Lee and give him more minutes.

Buyout Jerome James.

Keep Crawford, but get a playmaking pass-first PG. Carlos Arroyo in the offseason is a start.

Find people who can defend, Artest would be a start. He's a Queens kid who despite the fact he's mental can't be any worse then what Isiah and Jimmy Dolan conjure up.

Find a GM with an actual plan. Kiki, Jerry (West & Colangelo), heck are Checketts and Grunfield still out there?

As Emmitt Smith would once say, the Knicks are getting and are 'debacled'.

thomas wouldn't be in so much c*ap at the moment if he made a smart move and got rid of marbury instead of Frye, and while at that move robinson on aswell... a deron williams type of player would be very, very handy... curry and randolph should be destroying everyone, but thomas isn't getting them to work together properly, which is frustrating the hell out of me... but once again, marbury should be the main focus, he was the original poison which infected the rest of the roster and anyone else near him

Yeah ok Sorry Isaac. Didn't mean to be too harsh. It's about time he went, especially after loosing to the Cavs tonight and having Lebron score 50 points on you including 7 3 pointers. Not good!

Too bad that they are NY Based and all the large public know about how much they suck
