6ers sponsor in jeopardy??

For those of you who dont follow financial news....

National Foods, who own and produce Pura Milk, are currently the target of 2 reasonably aggresive take over attempts, one by an Asian company, and another a NZ company.

Should these be succesful, it has to be a concern that they may pull the sponsorship of the 36ers. This is the main reason why the Powerhosue became the Dome, when Clipsal was sold to an overseas company, they basically pulled most of their sporting sponsorships.

Could be a story worth following over the next couple of months, to see if National Foods can survive the attempts, or if they succumb to overseas ownership.....

Posted that a few months back which happened to coincide with Bongo getting quite active about getting people to use the web site and using the line that "sponsors look at the forum etc"

The Clipsal deal was very simple they were paying the same amount to name the dome as they were to sponsor the Clipsal 500. Gee wonder which was more benefit to their branding?
