NCAA Div II Elite 8

5 Aussies playing in Div 2 elite action this morning.

Australian Magden scored 18 points, 8 bounds and 5 steals as his Augusta State won through to the final 4 in double OT.

2nd team All-American and Bob Cousy award finalist Luke Cooper's Alaska Anchorage scored 12 points and registered 4 assists as his Seawolves won by 3 against California (pa) to also make the final 4.

Collins and his Alabama team take on the highly favoured and undefeated (33-0) Bentley later this morning. Youn can follow the game through the link below:

From what I know, they are nowhere near NBA. A couple may be worthy of a shot at the NBL though.

Madgen was 12th spot for the sixers (can i say that?) a couple of years back.

Madgen's team beat Cooper's team earlier this morning to make the final 4. Madgen shot poorly though and din't appear to have a good game.
