Nothing new there, lots of talk from the Tigers.
Is it just me or will they talk about anything to anyone who will listen.

Hodge says it will be NBA or Adelaide.
Tigers say he is their backup plan.

Sixers have publicly announced that Hodge will play for them, if in the NBL. They must be confident.
Tigers just trying to stir the pot?

Hodge better return to Adelaide. I sent off my season tickets renewal the other day with slim hope Hodge will return. It's great to see local boys in the team and I know I'd regret if I didn't renew. Great work compelted so far by the 36ers.

And on 10 News last night in Perth, it was stated that the Wildcats were also 'interested' in Hodge. But then they also said they were 'interested' in Worthington, Bruton, Larry Krystkowiak yada yada yada.
Just seems some PR spin to keep fans interested.
Wildcats have been all talk all offseason. I take everything coming from the west with a grain of salt.

Kent Brockman - I've said it many a time on this board, Melbourne Tigers are the biggest grand-standers of any of the NBL teams when it comes to showing off recruits, or announcing who they're interested in etc.
I don't expect to see Julius Hodge in a Melbourne uniform anytime soon.

Considering they won a title without him, I'd say they don't actually need him.
So stuff 'em
I would love to see Hodge sign with Adelaide to not only for how he could boost the 36ers roster, and provide an MVP like performance but so we could throw it in their face.
C Schenscher/Cooper
F Ballinger/Cattalini
F Holmes/Hill
G Hodge/Maher
G Davidson/Kersten
Okay, i like Martin Cattalini and i still think there is life in him yet...
Cattalini is signed in Cairns for next year AND an option for the following year and the 36ers have 17 points left, not 19 (Kersten is a 3).

Anon, why is Kersten a 3? He was a development player last year and
linky.com.au/m752x
suggests that accordingly he should be a 1 this season.
B.t.w, looking at that page, who is the poor guy named 'Christopher' (ranked 1) whose parents forgot to give him a second name?
NBL.com.au
"Returning: Gary Boodnikoff, Darnell Mee, Dwayne Vale, Nathan Jawai, Larry Abney*, Stephen Black
Free agents signed:
Undetermined: Aaron Grabau, Martin Catallini, Scott Cook, Matt Smith, Rashad Tucker, Jared Newson, Deba George#, Dean Brebner#
Departing:"
Oh, and the NBL really need to learn how to spell.

The NBL website still has that bug where the end of the final sentence in the report appears again 2 lines further down the page.
Whoever maintains that site doesn't really have any love for the NBL.

And that club by club list from the NBL is ridiculously inaccurate.
Anon is right.....Catt is contracted with another option

Kersten is a 3 as he played 2 years of college.

I heard that Cat is getting out of his contract as he is going to play in Europe...some club called Asine of Adelaidis...
