yeah like the NBA will go to free to air TV ... the last couple of years pay TV ESPN was withholding NBA games from Aussie fans even though they had rights for games .. now ALL of a sudden its on free air .... well unless fans in the US are turning off from the NBA in droves due to the scandals and now the NBA is suddenly desperate for a new fan base ??

the nbl is on free tv in the morning and god knows way more people follow the nba so why not?
